Originally, I found out about Mobile Money Bandit from the Keyword Rockstar guys. They sent out an email and had a webinar with the creator, Justin. I’ve experimented with PayPerCall a bit myself over the past year so I immediately decided I was going to attend.
The webinar was really good, actually. Usually webinars are nothing but sales pitches for the product, but Justin walked everyone through one of his PayPerCall campaigns that he’s been running and even cleared up some stuff about the Google Quality Score as well. There is nothing more valuable than seeing a working campaign IMO.
The coolest part about PayPerCall is that it’s starting to mature. More advertisers are jumping on board so the number of offers you can promote are increasing. Tons of brand-name advertisers aren’t doing CPA marketing anymore because of the quality issues with letting people write their ads. Too many beginners were ruining their brand names with shady ads and tactics so they’ve jumped ship.
Phone calls, on the other hand, is the 2nd most effective sales environment to sell in (behind face-to-face) so the payouts are pretty high across the board. The average payout is over $10 for most PayPerCall offers.

Intro to Tap’nTalk Marketing – A good intro video to what PayPerCall is all about, including where to get offers and how you can promote your phone numbers with free traffic. I got some really good insight from this section.
Offers and Market Research – This is probably the most important section since picking a niche and offers is so key to succeeding. If you promote crappy merchants, your conversions will suffer. If you pick a niche that is too small, you won’t get volume.
Free Ways to Turn Traffic Into Phone Calls – This section is all about how to promote PayPerCall offers with free traffic. There are some awesome techniques in this section! If you don’t have the cash to spend money on paid search, then you need to start with free methods. The good part about that is that it’s really hard to lose money since you aren’t paying for traffic.
Paid Mobile Search and the Tap ‘n’ Talk Connection – This is where the real value in the course is. The video on keyword research alone is worth the price of admission. And there is some really solid stuff about writing adcopy.
All in all, I really enjoyed this course. I’m really excited to start testing more PayPerCall myself. I’ve had a few campaigns start working but nothing huge yet.
